The mission of PATCH, Incorporated is to promote and help build strength in family units located in socio-economically disadvantaged areas through programming focused on life skills, sober living, and leadership training.

founder & Executive director
P.A.T.C.H. was the vision of founder Rose Falkner. Falkner envisioned an organization that would provide emergency transitional, sober living and supported housing for veterans.
The vision is sought to help men & women to meet their basic needs for shelter, stabilization, assessment and referrals to appropriate resources, so that they may return to living productive, self sufficient lives in our community.
